Hussey, Morin and Nadeau Win Charity Tournament at Hidden Meadows

The Charity Tournament For Kids Education in Africa held their 3rd Annual event at Hidden Meadows Golf Course this morning. 14 teams competed for prizes, flag events, pins and raffles. Players were treated to lunch by Moe’s BBQ.

Ray Hussey, Stacey Hussey, Ron Morin and David Nadeau took first place honors with 62, winning the count back with a birdie. Tom Vanidestine and Parker Sanderson finished in second place with 62. Lucas Shorette, Brad Westura, CJ Moody and Darin Gardner took third place with 63, winning the count back with a birdie.

Parker Sanderson was the long drive winner for the men’s 64-under division. Mike LaFontaine won the long drive for the men’s 65-older division. Stacey Hussey won the women’s long drive division.

Lorraine Lanigan hit the best tee shot on #4, knocking it to within 8’5″. David Wilcox won the closest to the pin on #8 with a shot of 4’5″.

Zach Hussey, along with several family members, did a great job of putting the tournament together. Thank you to everyone that played and to everyone that helped organize the event.
