  1. Kauppila, Fernandez, Levasseur Capture 2017 Club Championship Crowns

    Chris Kauppila, Bill Fernandez and Brenda Levasseur won their respective divisions in the 2017 Hidden Meadows Club Championship over the weekend of August 26th and 27th. Kauppila won the Overall Championship and the Junior Championship with a 5-over-par 147 with rounds of 72 and 75. Fernandez won the Senior Championship, shooting 84 and 78 enroute to a 162 total. Levasseur shot 91 and 99 for a 190 total to win the Women’s Championship.

  2. Old Town Rotary Tournament is Saturday, September 16th

    The annual Old Town Rotary Charity Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, September 16th at Hidden Meadows Golf Course in Old Town. Top prize for this years event will be $400, based on a full field, with numerous other prizes for the top teams. There will also be longest drive and closest-to-the-pin competitions, as well as a raffle, 50/50 and other special events.

    The entry fee is $200 per team ($50 per player) and includes carts and lunch. You can save $25 if you pay in full by September 14th. Sign-ups are being taken at Hidden Meadows Golf Course. Limited to the first 20 teams that enter. Last year the tournament was full and we had to turn away two teams, so don’t wait too long to sign up.

    All proceeds from the tournament will benefit Sarah’s House and other Rotary charities.

  3. Just a Reminder…We Are Aerifying Greens Today (Monday, August 28th)

    Just a reminder to everyone, we are aerifying greens today. The flags will not be back on the greens until the Monday Night Scramble later this afternoon. If you want to come out and play, it will be a great day to hit the ball around, but not a great day to putt. $10 all day walking, $15 all day riding.

  4. We Are Aerifying Greens on Monday, August 28th

    We will be aerifying greens tomorrow (Monday), and all of our greens will be closed until the Monday Night Scramble. We will have the flags set up short of the greens for the day. We are running a special for $10 walking, $15 riding, all you can play. It will be a good day to practice everything except for putting.

  6. New Tee Construction

    If you’ve been wondering why there have been piles of dirt appearing in strategic areas of the golf course over the past couple of weeks, it’s because we are building some new tee areas.

    Our original plan was to build a new women’s tee on #2 and on #9, along with a new senior tee on #5. While we were doing this, we decided to enlarge the new white tee on #7 and #8, as well as add a new green tee on #7. (more…)

  7. Richard May/Warren Rand Memorial Tournament Is On September 9th

    The 7th Annual Richard May and Warren Rand Memorial Golf Tournament is at Hidden Meadows Golf Course on Saturday, September 9th. It’s a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The cost is $160 per team ($40 per person). Carts are $12 per person.

    To enter your team or to sponsor a hole, call Randy Rand at 944-0551 or Hidden Meadows GC at 827-4779. The tournament benefits the Richard W. May Memorial Scholarship at OTHS and the Warren D. Rand Jr. Athletic Scholarship.

  8. How to Become Eligible For Up To $2,500 in Free Green Fees

    If you are a member at Hidden Meadows Golf Course, you are eligible for up to $2,500 in free green fees every year at golf courses throughout the state of Maine, Canada and Wisconsin. Yes, you read that correctly. Up to $2,500 in free green fees every year.

    Hidden Meadows GC is a member of the North Atlantic Golf Course Association. All members of courses within the NAGCA offer this as an added value for their members. It’s one of many great reasons to become a member at a NAGCA member course.

    Getting ready for the demo day. Mizuno, Titleist, Cleveland/Srixon and Callaway Golf are all here this afternoon. Right now! And with all of the brand new 2018 gear. We are the FIRST course in the area to preview and demo all of the new goodies for 2018!

    We have an iron fitting clinic at 2 p.m. with Mizuno Golf. At 3 p.m., we have a driver fitting clinic with Titleist Golf. At 4 p.m. we have a fairway wood/hybrid fitting clinic with Callaway Golf. And at 5 p.m. we have a wedge fitting clinic with Cleveland Golf.

    Come on up, try out some clubs, learn a little bit out fitting, then stick around for some food and a Golf Trivia night, hosted by local celebrity, and NEW grandfather, Jim Evans.
