  1. Member Appreciation Tournament Rescheduled

The Member Appreciation Tournament that is scheduled for this coming Sunday, August 3rd, has been postponed. Part of the tournament is to have a ‘grand opening’ of the new addition to our building, and when I scheduled this, I thought it would be ready to go. There have been some small delays in completing the addition. This tournament will be re-scheduled for a little later this summer. Once I know for sure the addition is ready to go, I will re-set the date. Sorry for the change-up folks.

  2. Openings for the Matt Gillman Memorial Scramble

There are still openings in the Matt Gillman Memorial Scramble for this coming Saturday, August 2nd. It’s an 8 a.m. shotgun start. The entry fee is $50 per person ($200 per team) and includes golf and lunch. Carts are optional for an additional $12 per person. Everything taken in for the entry fees is paid back out to the field. You can call the pro shop to sign up at 827.4779.

  3. Kids Education in Africa Fundraiser a Huge Success

Great turnout for the first ever Charity Tournament For Kids Education in Africa today! First place went to Josh Fournier, Corey Fournier, Justin Lizzottet and Mike Day with a 7-under-par 63. Chuck Neely and John Shaw took second with 64 (3). Keith Stoddard, Joe Mishou, Nick Harmon and Chris Raymond came in third with a 64 (4). (more…)

  4. Sunday’s Mixie Postponed

Every forecast that I have looked at the past two days indicates we are in for some moderate to heavy thunderstorms on Sunday afternoon. Since we aren’t quite ready to have a group inside yet, we are postponing Sunday’s mixie. We will announce a make-up date at a later time.

  5. Looking for 2 players for Saturday Morning’s Scramble

We need two players for the Charity Tournament for Kids Education in Africa Scramble tomorrow morning. The cost is $50 and includes the golf, your cart, morning snacks, lunch and lots of prizes. Call Joe at 207.827.4779.

  6. Carts Okay Today; Thursday Morning League Playing

The rain wasn’t as heavy as we were expecting (only 1.75 inches), so we are good to go with carts today. The Thursday Morning Women’s League begins at 8:30. We’ll see you here this morning!
